Its a mirage the Govt is using to sustain a dying health service , that in theory is great but in practice will not be so. The good ol days are gone, just as ` ruling the wves ` is gone. We need to face reality and realise that every unnecessary visit to the GP or A&E takes away from the skinny kitty money that could have been used for a genuinely needy patient. We have to take the bull by the hors/ bell the cat or whatever its called nowadays and realise that ` everything for free ` has had its day. It has to be 10 £s for a GP visit or visit to the A&E. The only other option is sink under the waves that were once ruled, forever. A great health system, that has been scuttled by uncaring users. The Public will eventually get the NHS it deserves.Muralinoreply@blogger.com
